Rosmarin-Wasabi-Hendl mit Preiselbeerkartoffel / Rosemary-Wasabi-Chicken with cranberrypotatoes

Zutaten (2 Portionen)

Aufwand: gering

2 Hühnerkeulen mit Haut
2 große Kartoffel
50g Butter
1 Handvoll Preiselbeeren
Rosmarin
2 EL Wasabipaste
Salz

Zubereitung

Ingredients

Effort: low

2 chicken legs
2 big potatoes
50g butter
1 handful cranberries
rosemary
2 tbsp wasabi-paste
salt

Preparation

For this dish we will start with mixing together the butter with the rosemary, the wasabi-paste and salt. The amount of rosemary really depends on your taste, I like it if there is much of it in the butter, but you have to try for your own.

At next you have to cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes in salty water. Afterwards you put them on a board and press them flat with the pot.

Then you will take the butter and fill it between the chicken meat and the skin of the legs. If there remains some butter you can put this on the potatoes together with the cranberries.

Now the chicken legs have to go into the oven at 170°C for about half an hour. After that you turn the legs around and put them in for another half an hour. For the last half an hour the legs are turned around again so that the skinny part is on top, furthermore the potatoes are now added to the baking pan.

As soon as the skin of the chicken turns goldenbrown, you can take it out and serve it.

Enjoy it :) !

Pasta Hawaii

Zutaten (4 Portionen)

400g  Faschiertes
400g Spaghetti
100ml Brühe
200ml Tomatensauce
100ml Schlagobers
200g Cheddar
1 Dose Ananas-Würfel
1 Knoblauchzehe
1 Zwiebel
1 roter Paprika
1 EL Honig, Senf
Salz, Pfeffer

Zubereitung

Ingredients

400g  minced meat
400g spaghetti
100ml broth
200ml tomato sauce
100ml cream
200g cheddar
1 can pineapple-cubes
1 garlic clove
1 onion
1 red bell pepper
1 tbsp. honey and mustard
salt, pepper

Preparation

As the first step we have to mix up the minced meat, salt, pepper, 1 tbsp. honey and 1 tbsp. mustard. Next the garlic, onion and the pepper are cut into small pieces.

While the meat is resting for some minutes you can prepare the spaghetti. Those have to be cooked in a pot with water and some salt.

Now we have to brown the onion in a pan with olive oil. As soon as the onion gets glassy you can add the meat, the garlic and the bell pepper. This mixture is again fried for about 1 minute. Afterwards we will add the broth and cook the meat for another 5 minutes. Finally the tomatosauce and the cream are added. Now the heat can be reduced, so that the sauce only simmers.

Next we put the pineapple pieces into a pan, where also a bit of the juice should go with them. The pineapples are fried till they are goldbrown. This will give the dish a very sweet and fruity taste.

As soon as the noodles are ready, you can sieve them und add them to the sauce. Now the spaghetti and the pineapples are mixed into a baking pan.

As a final step you have to spread the cheese over the pasta and put the baking pan into the oven at 200° Celsius. When the cheese becomes goldenbrown you can serve the dish!

Enjoy it :) !

Asiatische Hühnersuppe / Asian chickensoup

Zutaten (2 Portionen)

200g Hühner-Geschnetzeltes
100g Udon-Nudeln
400ml Brühe
70g Sojasprossen (oder gemischte Sprossen)
Kren
1 Zwiebel
1 Knoblauchzehe
Teriyakisauce
Kardamom, Curry-Pulver

Zubereitung

Ingredients

200g chicken stripes
100g udon noodles
400ml broth
70g sprouts
horseradish
1 onion
1 garlic clove
teriyakisauce
kardamom, curry-powder

Preparation

First the meat is salted and peppered. Then one tabelspoon of curry-powder and one pinch of kardamom
are added. Furthermore teriyakisauce is mixed under the meat which has then to rest in the fridge.

While the meat is resting we can start preparing the soup. Therefor we cut the horseradish into slices and peel and cut the onion and the garlic into two pieces. The vegetables are now browned with some oil and pepper for about 2 minutes. After that you can add the broth, which should be cooked for about 10 minutes.

Then we can add the noodles to the soup. Those have to be cooked for further 7 minutes togehter with the soup. After the 7 minutes you have to clear the soup with a noodle colander. The soup is put onto the oven at the lowest heat again to hold it warm. The noodles and the vegetables have to be seperated, where we'll reuse the half of the onions and the garlic. Those are cut into small pieces.

The cut vegetables are now browned in a pan with oliveoil. Also the chicken and the sprouts are added to the pan. When the mixture is browned you can add the cooked noodles together with 2 tablespoons of water. After 1 minute it is ready to serve.

Enjoy it :) !

Ziegenkäse auf Pfirsich Carpaccio / Goat cheese on peach carpaccio

Zutaten (2 Portionen)

2 Scheiben weicher Ziegenkäse je 120g
50g Cashewnüsse
2 EL Honig
1-2 Pfirsiche
1 Ei
1 Messerspitze Senf

Zubereitung

Ingredients (2 Portions)

2x 120g pieces of soft goat cheese
50g cashewnuts
2 tbsp. honey
1-2 peaches
1 egg
1 pinch of mustard

Preparation

First we will prepare a simple marinade for the cheese. Therefor we mix up the honey, the mustard and the yolk. The egg white is not needed for this recipe, so it should be kept in the refrigerator to use it for scrambled eggs at next day or something else. Add further mustard to taste and whisk the mixture with a fork.

At next the cheese pieces are coated with the mixture.

Now the cashewnuts have to be cut or crunched into small crumbs. In those crumbs the cheese is now tossed till it looks like a coarse coat of breadcrumbs. After that, the cheese can be put into the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.

While the cheese bakes in the oven, the peaches are cut into thin slices like for a carpaccio. The slices are placed on two plates and as soon as the cheese is ready the meal can be served.

Tip: Those who like it sweeter, can also put some honey over the peach slices. Alternativley the peaches can also be sliced at the beginning and marinated with a mixture of honey and water.

Enjoy it :) !
